About Overflow Ministries
Overflow Ministries is a Christian ministry dedicated to helping God's people develop a closer relationship with Jesus Christ. Our primary goal is to GLORIFY GOD! Our mission is to assist believers in attaining spiritual maturity and becoming faithful followers so that we bear much fruit.
"When you bear (produce) much fruit, My Father is honored and glorified, and you show and prove yourselves to be true followers of Mine." John 15:8
It is out of the overflow of our relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ that we minister to others. We cannot give away what we do not have ourselves. It is out of the overflow of our blessings that we bless others. It is out of the overflow of the mercy God shows us that we extend mercy to others.
Ephesians 4 tells us that God has placed apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers in the Body of Christ not for personal performance, but for the purpose of training other saints for the work of ministry. Overflow Ministries believes in doing just that. We want to help you discover, activate and develop your God-given gifts and talents for the work of ministry to the glory of God!

Overflow Ministries was founded in August 2003 by Rev. Kathy Grier. Kathy was a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and a graduate of Christian International School of Theology in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. In recognition of the call of God on her life, and the fruit of her service, Kathy was formally ordained into Christian ministry in March 2006.
Our founder and dear friend Kathy Grier went home to be with our Lord and Savior on June 5th 2009. She will be greatly missed by many but the vision that God gave for Overflow Ministries shall carry on.
